Evalu8Pro

Remote water monitoring

Know every well is flowing, wherever it is.

We fit sensors at the wellhead, connect them by satellite where there is no mobile signal, and Evalu8 Pro watches every reading. You see which wells are working right now, which are starting to drift, and what to send a team to fix, before a community or a customer goes without water.

For water charities, utilities and every business that depends on a well. Hardware, connection and software from one team: the kit and satellite service are Artesian Well Project.

Example figures. Every water point on one screen: flowing, drifting or gone quiet, with the likely reason. Readings arrive by satellite or mobile network.

Why it matters

Most broken wells are found by someone walking to them

  • Failures stay hidden for weeks

Without readings, a well that stops flowing is only discovered at the next visit or the next complaint. Until then, people go back to whatever water they can find.

  • Visits are expensive, and often wasted

Remote sites mean long journeys to check wells that turn out to be fine, and repair teams who arrive without knowing what is wrong or which parts to bring.

  • Funders and regulators want proof

Supporters want to see the water their gift delivers. Licences ask how much you took. A spreadsheet updated after each visit can show neither.

  • Artesian pressure is not forever

An artesian well flows because the water underground is under pressure. Leaks, uncontrolled flow and over-use bleed it away slowly, and nobody notices until the flow stops.

Evalu8 Pro gives every well a voice. It reports in, speaks up when something changes, and keeps the record that proves the water flowed.

End to end

One team, from the wellhead to the decision

Most monitoring projects stall between the parts: a sensor from one supplier, a modem from another, a dashboard nobody opens. We deliver the whole chain, and all of it lands in one model of your programme.

  1. We fit it

    Sensors at the wellhead

Flow first, then pressure and water quality where they matter, plus the logger’s own battery. Rugged, low-power kit, built to be left alone for a long time.

    Flow · pressure · conductivity · battery

  2. We connect it

    A link from anywhere

Satellite where there is no mobile signal, mobile network where there is. If the link drops, the logger keeps its readings and sends them later, and they slot into place.

Satellite · mobile · your own loggers

  3. Evalu8 Pro

    Every reading, watched

Each well is checked as its readings arrive. A well that goes quiet or reads out of range raises an alert by itself, and the alert clears when it recovers.

Alerts · live charts · litres delivered

  4. Evalu8 Pro

    Answers, not just alarms

When a well changes, Evalu8 Pro weighs the evidence and suggests why, for a person to confirm. Every answer is kept, so it learns your wells over time.

    Likely causes · follow-ups · predictions

Already have loggers or a telemetry provider? Any logger or gateway that can send its readings over the internet can post them straight to Evalu8 Pro, and a provider with an API can be connected directly.

What you see

Every well, every reading, and what to do about it

Problems spotted days before the water stops

A blocked pipe, a leak or slowly falling pressure shows up in the readings long before a well runs dry. Evalu8 Pro watches the trend, not just the limit, and when a well starts to drift it weighs the evidence across its sensors and its neighbours and names the likely cause.

Your team confirms or corrects it in one click. Each answer is kept with the readings behind it, so the suggestions get sharper with every visit, and your own history becomes the training data for predicting which wells need a visit next.

Did the repair work? You will know.

After a repair, set a watch: is flow back above 40 litres a minute within 48 hours? Evalu8 Pro checks each reading as it arrives and marks the watch met the moment it is, or missed if time runs out. Nobody has to remember to look again.

Anyone on the team can set one from a well’s page, or simply ask: “check W-207’s pressure is back above 2 bar by this time tomorrow.”

Proof of water, for every supporter

Flow readings add up to litres delivered, well by well and day by day, so a funder can see exactly what their well has given. Uptime, repairs and repair times come from the same records, not from a report someone pieces together at the end of the quarter.

Group wells by project, partner, region or funder, and every number follows. Share them with your own website or supporter platform through the API.

Act from anywhere, with a person in charge

Where a well has a remote valve or pump controller, its controls appear as buttons on its page: close down an uncontrolled flow, or cut back to stay inside a licence. Each press asks for confirmation, is logged with who pressed it, and only counts as done when the well’s own readings show the change.

The equipment keeps its own safety limits, and the well carries on as it is if the connection drops. Evalu8 Pro asks; it never takes over.

The model behind it

Your programme, described once

Behind every screen is one description of how your programme works: the wells and the communities they serve, the sensors on them, the partners who look after them, the repairs and the funders. We write it with you, in your own words, and Evalu8 Pro builds the screens, numbers, alerts and API from it.

Add a new kind of sensor, a new region or a new funder report, and it is a change to the description, not a software project. Move a sensor from one well to another and the history stays with the well it was on.

In the model, in plain English

A well is a borehole that flows under its own pressure.

Each one is known by its code, serves a community and is looked after by a partner.

Its sensors report flow in litres a minute, pressure in bar and conductivity.

Raise an alert if a well goes quiet for 12 hours, or flow falls below 20 litres a minute.

Add up flow into litres delivered, by well, project and funder.

  • A page for every welllive charts, alerts, repairs and controls
  • Monitoringwhat is quiet, out of range or drifting, and why
  • Numbers for any groupinglitres, uptime and repair times, with targets

How we work

Start with a handful of wells. Grow to thousands.

A pilot proves the kit, the connection and the alerts on your own wells, with your own team, before you commit to more.

  1. Survey

We look at your wells, your sites and what you need to report, and agree what to measure where.

    Sites · wells · reporting

  2. Fit and connect

We fit the kit at the wellhead and bring it online by satellite or mobile network, or connect the loggers you already have.

    Sensors · logger · link

  3. Describe and watch

We describe your programme in the model and set the alert limits with your engineers. Your team sees every well from day one.

    Model · limits · dashboard

  4. Learn and predict

Every confirmed cause sharpens the suggestions. In time, your own history predicts which wells need a visit next.

Questions

Do the wells need mobile coverage?
No. Where there is no mobile signal, the kit reports by satellite. Where there is, the mobile network is cheaper, and one programme can use both.
What happens when the connection drops?
The logger keeps its readings and sends them when the link is back, and Evalu8 Pro puts late readings in their proper place. If a well stays quiet for longer than you allow, it raises an alert.
We already have loggers. Can we keep them?
Yes. Any logger or gateway that can send readings over the internet can post them to Evalu8 Pro, and a telemetry provider with an API can be connected directly.
Is it only for artesian wells?
No. Artesian wells are where pressure matters most, but the same platform watches pumped boreholes, springs, tanks and piped schemes. The sensors change; the platform does not.
Is AI deciding what is wrong with a well?
No. Suggestions come from rules that weigh the evidence in the readings, with the reasons shown, and a person on your team confirms or corrects every one. Ask, the built-in assistant, answers questions about your wells and names its sources.
Can it control the well?
Only where there is a controller to ask, and only when someone allowed to presses the button. The controller keeps its own safety limits, every press is logged, and it only counts as done when the readings show it.
Who owns the data?
You do. Download the whole model at any time, and read every well, reading and repair through the API.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with a pilot on a handful of wells, then add wells, regions and partners to the same account as you grow.

Every well, watched.

Tell us about your wells: where they are, how many, and what you need to know about them. We will show you how a pilot would work.
