- How different from the ready-made models can it be?
- Entirely. The ready-made models are starting points. A bespoke model can describe any kind of record, link, document, number, connection or device, with nothing carried over that you do not use.
- Who builds it?
- We do, with you. Your own team can then make day-to-day changes with the same forms, or leave them to us.
- What happens when we change how we work?
- Change the model. Add a field, a kind of record or a link, and the forms, pages, imports, API and Ask follow straight away.
- Do we own it?
- Your model and your data are yours: download them whenever you like. The platform that runs them is ours, which is why there is never any code for you to maintain.
- Can our developers extend it?
- Yes. Every kind of record gets an API, devices have their own endpoint for readings, and other systems can push records in as they happen.
- Is our data kept separate?
- Yes. Each account’s records are kept apart and only its own people see them, and a dedicated graph database is available when you want one of your own.
